Can I return unsold stocks?
Yes. You can definitely return unsold stocks. We offer a one time correction of stock for unsold units within the first 30 days of purchase.

What is the Credit period?
We only sell against payment received. No Credit is available.

Do the phones come with a Repair Warranty?
We are committed to quality. Refurbished devices are checked with utmost attention and efficiency. So, there is a promise of smooth functioning at all times. However, in order to support you further, we have a Pickup & Drop facility. To avail of the warranty, the customer must activate the warranty of his phone with Blynk by scanning the QR code on the box and filling in the relevant details. Will I Get The Original Brand Box And Accessories?
No. You will get a premium quality Blynk branded box and Blynk branded accessories. The battery and accessories have a warranty of 1 year.
